Join the Wellington Tamil Society and become part of a welcoming community dedicated to celebrating, preserving, and sharing Tamil language, culture, and traditions. Whether you're new to Wellington, have been part of our community for years, or simply want to stay connected to Tamil culture, we'd love to have you as a member.

Our membership is open to individuals and families of all ages. As a member, you'll have opportunities to participate in cultural celebrations, community gatherings, sports, educational programmes, and other initiatives that bring our community together throughout the year.

As a Wellington Tamil Society member, you'll enjoy:

• Discounts on society events throughout the year.
• Regular updates and communications about upcoming events and activities.
• Eligibility to participate in our sporting initiatives and tournaments.
• Access to our Tamil language school.
• Access to community programmes and member benefits as they become available.

Membership Fees

Our memberships are billed annually.

• Family Membership: $40 per year
• Individual Membership: $25 per year
• Senior Membership (65+): Free

How to Join

Becoming a member is easy. Simply complete our online membership form, and we'll be in touch with the next steps. Membership invoices are issued annually, and once your membership is confirmed, you'll begin receiving updates about events, programmes, and opportunities to get involved.
